Francesca de Valence is an independent contemporary artist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, educator and the People’s Choice Winner of the 2016 Brisbane City Council’s Youth Initiative, QUBE Effect Awards. She has been acknowledged by the Los Angeles Music Awards with an International Songwriter of the Year Award and nationally with an Australian Songwriting Award, has supported artists including Belinda Carlisle and The Manhattan Transfer and her music can be heard on ABC radio around the nation. In 2014, Francesca founded the I Heart Songwriting Club, an inspiring global online community for songwriters around the world based on weekly songwriting tasks. Francesca’s crystalline vocals will sparkle and swoon with a luscious string orchestra as she plays the majestic Steinway all swathed in the beauty of the Brisbane City Hall. This is a special school-holiday concert performance not to be missed.

Clem Jones City Hall concerts take place in Brisbane City Hall from February through to November every Tuesday from 12 noon- 1pm. Concerts are FREE and no booking is required.
